Can you special order livestock?
Let us know what you are interested in and we will do our best to bring it in for you but we cannot guarantee availability.
Will you quarantine a fish from somewhere else?
Unfortunately, at this time we do not have the capacity to bring in 3rd party fish for quarantining.
Do you sell fish medications?
No, we do not sell/trade/give away any medications. Most medications are prescription only so the best way to acquire them is reach out to a local veterinarian that treats exotic animals.
Are your fish guaranteed parasite free?
We take every precaution with our fish but with so many variables at play, it is impossible to guarantee 100% of fish are pathogen free 100% of the time. We do guarantee that we will not knowingly sell any fish that appears unhealthy or that we would not be comfortable putting into our own display tank. After you receive your fish, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for the care and well being of the fish once they have arrived. We will not be held liable for any contamination or losses that may occur to your new or existing fish. We recommend housing your new fish in a separate, STERILE tank for at least two weeks prior to adding them to your display tank as an extra layer of security.
Please note corals and inverts are not considered quarantined for fish parasites, however this can be arranged.
Do you quarantine inverts and corals?
Inverts and corals are generally kept in tanks/systems with fish so are not considered quarantined. We can however move them into tanks with no fish for an additional fee.
